با برگزاری جلسه مجمع عمومی عادی سالیانه شرکت تعاونی وطن صورت گرفت؛
تصویب صورتهای مالی و ترازنامه تعاونی وطن
جلسه مجمع عمومی عادی سالیانه شرکت تعاونی تولیدکنندگان سوسیس و کالباس وطن برای دوره مالی منتهی به 29 اسفند سال 1403 برگزار شد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی انجمن صنایع فرآوردههای گوشتی ایران این مجمع روز 5 شنبه اول خردادماه با حضور نمایندگان 50 شرکت عضو از 76 شرکت سهامدار تشکیل شد و پس از استماع گزارش فعالیتهای هیأت مدیره و بازرس قانونی تعاونی مربوط به سال مالی 1403، موارد به تصویب حاضران رسید.
بر پایه این گزارش ترازنامه و صورتهای مالی سال 1403 و تقسیم سود نیز مورد تصویب حضار قرار گرفت، همچنین برنامه و بودجه سال 1404 و تغییرات سرمایه و افزایش سرمایه هر عضو تا سقف 2 میلیارد ریال تصویب شد.
این گزارش میافزاید: روزنامه اطلاعات بهعنوان روزنامه کثیرالانتشار و مؤسسه حسابرسی اهمیت نگر بهعنوان بازرس و حسابرس اصلی و مؤسسه آگاهگرتراز به عنوان بازرس و حسابرس علیالبدل برای مدت یکسال برگزیده شدند.
