انجمن صنایع فرآورده های گوشتی ایران در تاریخ 31 / 01 / 1373 به منظور حفظ منافع مشترک شغلی صاحبان کارخانجات فرآورده های گوشتی
سوسیس و کالباس که عضویت انجمن را دارا هستند تاسیس گردید.
تعداد اعضاء انجمن 94 عضو می باشد .
➢ برنامه راهبردی انجمن :
ایجاد و حفظ جا یگاه مناسب و اثرگذاری برای صنعت فرآورده های گوشتی
➢ اهداف و خدمات انجمن:
• کوشش در جهت استیفای حقوق و خواستهای مشروع و قانونی اعضا
• بررسی و تحقیق درباره مشکلات ،شناخت نیازها و اولویتها
• کوشش در ارتقاء بهره وری منابع و ظرفیت تولید و بهبود کیفیت تولید و روشهای نوین کنترل کیفیت
• برقراری حسن روابط بین شرکتها وجلوگیری از هرگونه رقابت ناسالم و فعالیتهایی که به زیان اعضاء باشد و منجر به نامرغوبی تولید
گردد
• برنامه ریزی برای تامین نیاز های صنفی ،آموزش ، توسعه و گسترش فعالیتها
• تشکیل کمیته های تخصص فنی ، آموزش ، روابط عمومی،بازارو مالی
• دریافت ورودیه ، حق عضویت و کمکهای مالی داوطلبانه
• انجام هماهنگیهای لازم با دستگاههای ذیربط دولتی در انجام وظایف محول به انجمن و همکاری با سازمانهای مرتبط
• اعلام نظرات مشورتی انجمن در طرح قوانین ،آیین نامه ها ، استاندارد ها
• گرد آوری آمار و اطلاعات درباره آخرین پیشرفتها و تکنیکهای جدید برای اعضا و مردم
• ایجاد بستر مناسب در جهت رفع موانع تامین مواد اولیه مورد نیاز اعضا توسط بازوی اقتصادی انجمن )شرکت تعاونی وطن(

The Society of Meat Products Producers was established on April 18, 1994 with the aim of safeguarding the common professional interests of owners of sausages product factories who are members of the association.
➢ Strategic Program
Creating and maintaining a suitable and influential position for the meat products industry.
➢ Objectives and Services
• Striving to secure the rights and legitimate legal demands of members.
• Investigating and researching problems, identifying needs, and priorities.
• Enhancing the productivity of resources and production capacity, and improving production quality and modern quality control methods.
Establishing good relations between companies and preventing any unfair competition and activities that harm members or lead to inferior production.
• Planning to meet the guild’s needs, training, development, and expansion of activities.
• Forming specialized committees: Technical, Training, Public Relations, Market, and Financial.
• Collecting entrance fees, membership dues, and voluntary financial contributions.
• Coordinating with relevant government agencies regarding duties assigned to the association and cooperating with related organizations.
• Announcing the association’s advisory opinions on proposed laws, regulations, and standards.
• Gathering statistics and information about the latest advancements and new techniques for members and the public.
• Creating a suitable platform to remove obstacles in supplying raw materials needed by members through the association’s economic arm (Vatan Sausage & Bologna Producers Co-Operative Company )

شرکت تعاونی تولیدکنندگان سوسیس و کالباس وطن در تاریخ 02 / 03 / 1377 به منظور واردات و فروش مواد اولیه فرآورده های
گوشتی تاسیس گردید.
شرکت تعاونی تولید کنندگان سوسیس و کالباس وطن بعنوان یک شرکت پویا در رشته فعالیت بازرگانی در چشم انداز با برخورداری
از انعطاف محیطی و توان مدیریت راهبردی در تامین مواد اولیه تولید فرآورده های گوشتی در کشورپیشرو خواهد بود .
➢ اهداف تعاونی
• تهیه مواد اولیه , کالاها, خدمات, وسایل, ابزار, و دیگر نیازمندیهای اعضاء شرکت از داخل و یا خارج کشوربا رعایت مقررات
قانونی و عرضه آنها بر اساس ضوابط موضوعه در آیین نامه معاملات شرکت
• فراهم آوردن تسهیلات لازم جهت بسته بندی, استاندارد کردن و مارک گذاری تولیدات اعضاء
• ایجاد فروشگاه و نیز برگزاری نمایشگاه, ایجاد شعب و یا دفاتر نمایندگی در داخل و یا خارج کشور در صورت لزوم و
مشارکت در نمایشگاه به منظور بازاریابی و عرضه و فروش و صدور تولیدات امانی یا خریداری از اعضاء با رعایت قوانین و
مقررات جاری .
• نظارت بر نحوه مصرف مواد اولیه دریافتی اعضاء از شرکت و اعمال شیوه های تشویقی و تنبیهی مناسب در جهت ارتقاء
سطح کمی و کیفی تولیدات اعضاء.
• ارائه خدمات آموزشی مورد نیاز اعضاء و کارکنان در زمینه های تعاونی, شغلی، فنی، حرفه ای، تخصصی و نظایر آنها عند
اللزوم با هماهنگی وزارت تعاون و مراجع ذیربط دیگر.
• همکاری با مسئولان، کارشناسان و بازرسان وزارت تعاون در انجام وظایف و اعمال اختیارات قانونی آن در زمینه های مورد
نیاز.

Vatan Sausage & Bologna producers Co-Operative Company was established on May 23, 1998, with the purpose of importing and selling raw materials for meat products.
As a dynamic company in the field of commercial activities, Vatan company, with its environmental adaptability and strategic management capabilities, aims to be a leader in supplying raw materials for the production of meat products in the country.
➢ Objectives
•Procuring raw materials, goods, services, equipment, tools, and other needs of the company’s members from within or outside the country in compliance with legal regulations, and offering them according to the rules stated in the company’s transaction bylaws.
•Providing necessary facilities for packaging, standardization, and branding of members’ products.
•Establishing stores and organizing exhibitions, as well as creating branches or representative offices inside or outside the country when needed, and participating in exhibitions for marketing, presenting, selling, and exporting products (whether consigned or purchased from members) in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
•Monitoring the consumption of raw materials supplied to members by the company, and implementing appropriate incentive and disciplinary measures to improve the quantitative and qualitative levels of members’ products.
•Providing necessary training services to members and employees in cooperative, occupational, technical, professional, and specialized fields, when required, in coordination with the Ministry of Cooperatives and other relevant authorities.
•Cooperating with officials, experts, and inspectors of the Ministry of Cooperatives in carrying out duties and exercising their legal authorities in relevant fields.
