پارادوکس قرار گرفتن فرآوردههای گوشتی دارای مجوز در فهرست کالاهای آسیبرسان!
اگر صنعت فرآوردههای گوشتی جزو صنایع آسیبرسان تلقی میشود، پس چرا مجوز تأسیس و پروانه بهرهبرداری برایش صادر میشود، چرا که وقتی مجوزی برای تولید محصولی صادر میشود نمیتوان آن را در فهرست کالاهای آسیبرسان قرار داد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی انجمن صنایع فرآوردههای گوشتی، ناصر صبوری، مدیرعامل شرکت فرآوردههای گوشتی «ساتگین» ضمن بیان این مطلب تأکید کرد: سؤال من از مسئولین این است: «اگر سوسیس و کالباس جزو کالاهای آسیبرسان است، پس در کل دنیا نیز نباید تولید شود».
وی گفت: در ایران ما دارای نظارتهای بهداشتی و شرعی بسیاری در این رابطه هستیم و با زحمت این محصول را تولید میکنیم. از طرفی، در تمام دنیا نیز این محصول تولید میشود، پس این یک حلقه مفقوده است؛ چرا که اگر در دنیا استانداردها و ایزوهای آنان بسیار بالاتر از ما است و نظارتهای آنچنانی دارند، این محصول تولید میشود و هیچ اما و اگری نیز در این رابطه وجود ندارد، اما در کشور ما با آن که این محصول تولید میشود، جزو کالاهای آسیبرسان قرار گرفته است. من این را به جرأت میگویم که اگر به صورت آزمایشی، محصول سوسیس خارجی را با محصول داخلی ما از بدترین کارخانهها، مورد آزمایش قرار دهیم، باز هم محصولات ما با آنها برابری میکند، اما متأسفانه در این بحث، بیشتر سلیقهای عمل میکنند.
صبوری متذکر شد: در تولید این محصول ما روال قانونی را طی کرده و منبع واردات گوشت و مرغ ما و نیز ادویهجاتی که استفاده میکنیم و همچنین دستگاههای ما مشخص است و همواره کالیبره شده و دائماً مورد بازرسی و نظارت دوستان از ادارات صنعت و معدن و بهداشت قرار میگیرد.
مدیرعامل «ساتگین» خاطرنشان ساخت: همچنین یک مسئول فنی بهداشت و یک مسئول فنی از اداره دامپزشکی و نیز یک مسئول فنی از اداره استاندارد و یک ناظر شرعی در واحدها مستقر است. علاوه برآن، تمامی مراجع نظارتی بهطور مرتب و هفتهای یک بار از واحدهای ما بازدید کرده و از محصولات ما نمونهبرداری میکنند و آن را مورد آزمایش قرار میدهند و اگر تخلفی وجود داشته باشد قطعاً جلوی فعالیت ما را میگیرند.
به گفته وی بنابراین نظارت اولیه همان ارائه مجوز است که اگر صنف ما مشکلی دارد میتوانند اصلاً به آن پروانه بهرهبرداری ندهند و نظارتهای ثانویه نیز همواره انجام میشود.
