به گزارش روابط عمومی انجمن صنایع فرآوردههای گوشتی ایران، شرکت «واندرگرف» با معرفی نسل جدید موتورهای درامی سری SSV، گامی بزرگ در جهت ارتقای بهداشت صنعتی و عملکرد سیستمهای نوار نقاله برداشته است.
موتورهای درامی سری SSV با طراحی کاملاً بهداشتی و استاندارد IP69K، توان مقاومت در برابر شستوشوی پرفشار تا 3هزار پوند فشار وارد بر هر اینچ مربع از سطح را دارد. این ویژگی، این موتورها را به یکی از بهداشتیترین راهحلهای انتقال مواد در این صنعت تبدیل کرده است.
این موتورها برای انواع تسمهها یکپارچه طراحی شدهاست. طراحی نوآورانه آنها بهگونهای است که پروفیل تسمه مستقیماً روی بدنه درام یا روی آستین قابل تعویض (XP) ماشینکاری شده و نیازی به استفاده از چرخدندههای مجزا یا اسپراکتها نیست.
گفتنی است مدل جدید SSV-XP با آستین پروفیله قابل تعویض، امکان تطبیق آسان با انواع تسمهها را فراهم کرده است. این آستینها به راحتی قابل جداسازی و تعویض هستند و بدون نیاز به تغییر کل موتور، با انواع مختلف تسمههای صنعتی سازگار میشوند.
