دوره نقش و کاربرد هیدروکلوئیدها در فرآوردههای گوشتی 4 آبانماه با هدف کاربرد و چگونگی استفاده از هیدروکلوئیدها در محصولات گوشتی تشکیل شد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی انجمن صنایع فرآوردههای گوشتی ایران، این دوره با حضور 22 نفر شرکت کننده از شرکتهای عضو انجمن و با کسب 5 امتیاز بازآموزی از اداره کل نظارت بر مواد غذایی سازمان غذا و دارو و همچنین سازمان ملی استاندارد ایران بهصورت حضوری برگزار و توسط دکتر احسان مقدسکیا استادیار گروه تغذیه و صنایع غذایی دانشکده علوم پزشکی مراغه در دفتر انجمن صنایع فرآورده های گوشتی ایران تدریس گردید.
