واحدهای متقاضی جهت اخذ عنوان نمونه صنعتی می‌بایست فرم پرسشنامه انتخاب واحد صنعتی نمونه سال 1404 را بر اساس عملکرد سال 1403 پر کنند.
به گزارش روابط عمومی انجمن صنایع فرآورده‌های گوشتی ایران با توجه به ضرورت تبیین صحیح دستاوردهای واحدهای صنعتی حوزه صنایع غذایی، دارویی، آرایشی و بهداشتی و در راستای تقدیر از فعالان اقتصادی این بخش‌ها، واحدهای متقاضی می‌بایست فایل زیر را تکمیل و پس از تائید ادارات کل صمت استانی به دفتر صنایع غذا و دارو وزارت صمت ارسال کنند.
