ادغامی بزرگ در صنعت فرآورده‌های گوشتی
سرویس بین‌الملل: شرکت‌های JBT و Marel در سال ۲۰۲۵ با یکدیگر ادغام شدند تا یکی از بزرگ‌ترین تأمین‌کنندگان جهانی تجهیزات فرآوری غذا را شکل دهند.
به گزارش روابط عمومی انجمن صنایع فرآورده‌های گوشتی ایران، این ادغام نه‌تنها ظرفیت‌های فنی دو شرکت را یکپارچه کرده، بلکه پیامدهای مهمی برای صنایع فرآورده‌های گوشتی از جمله سوسیس، بیکن و هات‌داگ به همراه دارد. در گفت‌وگویی که با برایان دک (مدیرعامل) و آرنی سیگوردسون (رئیس شرکت) انجام شد، ابعاد مختلف این ادغام و اثرات آن بر آینده صنعت فرآوده‌های گوشتی بررسی شد.
هدف اصلی ادغام JBT و Marel چه بوده است؟
(برایان دک): هدف ما ایجاد خطوط تولید یکپارچه برای صنعت فرآورده‌های گوشتی است. می‌خواستیم تولیدکنندگان فرآورده‌های گوشتی دیگر مجبور نباشند تجهیزات آماده‌سازی، پخت، دوددهی، بازرسی و بسته‌بندی را از شرکت‌های مختلف تهیه کنند. اکنون می‌توانند یک مجموعه کامل و هماهنگ را از یک تأمین‌کننده دریافت کنند. این یکپارچگی به معنای بهره‌وری بالاتر، کاهش هزینه‌ها و تضمین کیفیت یکنواخت در خطوط تولید خواهد بود.
برنامه‌های رشد شرکت بعد از این ادغام چیست؟
